Departure San Francesco

Tlaquepaque - Guadalajara

Our pilgrimage begins as we depart San Francesco on flight AA402 at 6:07AM to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, arriving at 11:39AM. We will proceed to the exit and meet our Tour Representative. Transfer to our hotel. We drove to beautiful Tlaquepaque for a panoramic tour overnight in Guadalajara.

Guadalajara – Zapopan - Tlaquepaque and Guadalajara City Tour

This morning, we will visit the Church of Our Lady of Zapopan. then drive to the suburb of Tlaquepaque ro enjoy the beautiful buildings and attractions then back to Guadalajara. Spend the afternoon visiting the downtown Cathedral. Plaza Tapatia and the many historic buildings connected with the  colonial area. San Juan de los Lagos to visit the main Cathedral, on the Cerro del Cubilete to see the impressive statue of Jesus the King. Dinner and overnight in Guadalajara.

San Juan De Los Lagos - Cristo Rey - Guanajuato

This morning, we'll drive to San Juan de Los Lagos to visit the main Cathedral, on the Cerro del Cubilete to see the impressive statueof Jesus the King. Continue to Guanajuato which contains some of Mexico's grandest colonial architecture. Pipila Monument, set on a hillside, affords a stunning panorama to Guanajuato and the surrounding hills.

Guanajuato - San Miguel de Allende - Mexico City

Depart for San Miguel de Allende, an enhancing city with its cobblestone streets, inviting Zocalo framed by a stunning 17th century Gothic church and centuries old buildings, plus strings of cafes and numerous art galleries, then continue to Mexico City.

Teotihuacan - Pyramids - Anniversary of Our Lady of  Guadalupe

This morning, we will drive to Teotihuacán, one of the best-preserved cities in Mexico. Teotihuacán was the most important city in North America.  We will be amazed by the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon and the mile-long Avenue of the Dead framed by countless monuments and structures. In the afternoon, we will take our bus to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe to join pilgrims from all over the world in Mass, honouring Our Lady on Her anniversary.

Xochimilco -  Cuernavaca - Taxco 

This morning, we will drive towards Xochimilco where we enjoy a boat ride with lunch (not included) including entertainment of Mariachi music. We take the scenic drive to Cuernavaca, city of eternal springs. Then travel to the famous silver mining town of Taxco, nestled in the rugged mountains of the Sierra Madre. We will stroll through the cobble-stone streets visiting San Prisca Church with its Baroque altarpieces. You have free time for shopping.

Ocotan - Puebla

This morning, we will  drive to Ocotlan to visit the Sanctuary, where an apparition of Juan Diego was miraculously burned into the trunk of an oak three. Then onto Puebla to visit the Cathedral and the Santo Domingo Church, home to the stunning Rosary. Chapel, where we will celebrate Mass. Time to shop at Parian market then to the hotel. 

This morning, we'll  take the scenic drive to Cuernavaca, city of eternal springs. Here we will explore the market and the church area with its beautiful garden. Then travel to the famous silver mining town of Taxco, nestled in the rugged mountains of the Sierra Madre. We will stroll through the cobble-stone streets, visiting Santa Prisca Church with its Baroque altarpieces. Free time for shopping.
